Cost $25.00 per person, checks to be made out to CAHSL.

Appetizers

  • Baby spinach salad, smoked bacon, honey roasted pears, savory nougatine of walnut and Roquefort cheese
  • Carrot and lobster bisque, lemon grass
Entrées
  • Grilled 8-ounce flatiron steak, potato gratin Dauphinois, haricot verts, Bordelaise sauce
  • Pistachio crusted striped Bass, "avocado concassée," picholine green olive sauce
Dessert
  • Layers of bittersweet chocolate mousse, salted Piémont hazelnut caramel and crunchy hazelnut biscuit, guanaja chocolate and caramel sauce
  • Pear tart "Amandine", chestnut ice cream, fresh vanilla and caramel sauce

All luncheons are served with freshly baked rolls and butter, selection of coffee, decaf and tea.





Directions to the Restaurant

From I-95
  1. Take Exit 47 marked "Downtown, Route 34"
  2. This exit will put you on the Route 34 connector
  3. Take Exit 1 off the connector marked "Downtown, Coliseum, Railroad station
  4. Go straight to the first traffic light
  5. Turn right onto Church Street
  6. At second traffic light, turn left onto Crown Street
  7. Go through two more lights. At the second light go straight and take the first entrance on the right to attended parking lot.
  8. Parking area is directly behind the restaurant. Walk through Sherman's Alley. Union League Café is on your right.
From I-91
  1. Take Exit 1 marked "Downtown New-Haven, Route 34"
  2. Follow above directions from #2 onward.
From Merritt/Route 34
  1. Follow Rte. 34 to Ella Grasso Boulevard
  2. Continue straight across Boulevard onto Derby Avenue
  3. Street becomes one way, named George Street
  4. Turn left onto Church Street
  5. Make next left onto Crown Street
  6. Follow above directions from #7 onward.

Parking

Parking is available at:
The garage at 150 York St.
The Air Rites Garage - Yale New Haven Hospital (at the end of I-95 Exit 47 (Downtown, New Haven))
